Each interaction consumes AI tokens (the raw units language models bill in). We bundle tokens into whole "interactions" so you never have to think in tokens — you just see a clear, predictable number.

Practice gives you 100 active clients, 20,000 AI interactions/month, and 3 clinician seats for $333.33/mo — that's often the better deal once you're adding two or more Pro add-ons.
Add-ons are for targeted gaps: one more seat, a client surge that month, or a small permanent buffer. If your practice has genuinely outgrown the tier, moving up is the cleaner path. We'd rather you have the right plan than an expensive stack of add-ons.
Do I need an active plan first?
Yes. Add-ons require an active Pro or Practice subscription. If you're on Solo, you'll need to upgrade to Pro or Practice before purchasing an add-on — Solo subscribers are not eligible. You can compare plans and upgrade at the pricing section.
How is my add-on billed?
It's billed to the card already on file with your VibeCheck subscription — no new payment method needed. Recurring add-ons are prorated when added mid-cycle and then renew on your normal billing date. One-time boosts are a single charge, no recurring commitment.
What's the difference between a recurring AI block and a boost?
A recurring AI block adds permanently to your monthly pool and renews each cycle — it's the more cost-effective option per interaction. A boost is a one-time top-up for a single month: charged once, expires one month from the purchase date, and any unused interactions are forfeited. Boosts cost more per interaction because they're on-demand and time-limited.
Do boost interactions roll over?
No. Boost interactions expire exactly one month from the date of purchase. They do not roll into your monthly pool, and unused boost interactions do not carry over to the next billing cycle. Use-it-or-lose-it is the rule — no exceptions.
Can I cancel a recurring add-on?
Yes. Recurring add-ons can be canceled anytime from within the app. Once canceled, the add-on remains active through the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in the cycle.
Is this where my patient data lives?
No. This is the public VibeCheck marketing site — it collects only your billing email to send a confirmation link. All patient data, clinical records, and authenticated tools live exclusively on the secured app subdomain (app.vibecheck.luxury), which is isolated from this public site.
