One product, one price. A solo therapist pays $77.77 a month. A five-clinician practice pays $388.85 — five seats. Every seat gets the whole product — the between-session client layer and Shaula today, the EMR when it ships — with unlimited clients. You're priced on seats, never caseload.

01/ONE PRODUCT — ONE PRICE

$77.77 per clinician seat, per month. That's the whole model.

No tiers, no feature gates. Every seat gets the entire product: the between-session client layer and Shaula today, and the EMR module inside the same seat when it ships. One price now, one price then — $77.77/mo, with unlimited active clients. Add a clinician, add a seat: a solo therapist pays $77.77/mo; a five-clinician practice pays $388.85/mo. You're priced on seats, never caseload.

The honest line on availability: the companion capabilities are live today; the full EMR capability is in final validation. The price is one and the same — $77.77 per seat does not change when the EMR capability arrives.

02/WHAT EVERY SEAT GETS

Everything means everything.

One package: the client side and Shaula — the back-office side — today, and the EMR when it ships. Every seat gets all of it, from intake to insurance to the between-session layer — daily check-ins, pre-session briefs, homework, pattern notes. No editions, no add-on modules, no "available on a higher plan." More at /emr/ and /shaula/.

The whole practice, in the box

  • Digital intake that builds the chart with the EMR — in final validation
  • Scheduling with Google Calendar + Meet with the EMR — in final validation
  • AI-drafted SOAP/DAP/BIRP notes — you sign every one today
  • Pre-session briefs pulled from the chart today
  • AI coding suggestions + claim scrubber (ICD-10/CPT) with the EMR — in final validation
  • Insurance claims: submit, rework rejections, post the remittance, mark PAID with the EMR — in final validation
  • Daily client check-ins, homework dispatch, pattern notes today
  • Copay collection on your own Stripe with the EMR — in final validation
  • Treatment plans, with co-sign supported with the EMR — in final validation
  • Risk & crisis safety — a flag escalates to a person today
  • Superbill / receipt PDFs with the EMR — in final validation
  • Client portal with secure access today
  • Built FHIR-native, so it talks to the rest of healthcare with the EMR — in final validation

The four human gates. The AI drafts; a person always decides. ① Note attest — the therapist signs every note; the AI can never finalize one. ② Claim attest — no claim submits without a human. ③ Treatment plan — the clinician's, co-sign supported. ④ Risk acknowledgement — a flag escalates to a person; the AI can never clear it.

03/PRICING FAQ

Questions therapists ask about the price.

What does $77.77 buy?

Everything. One product — the client layer and Shaula today, the EMR when it ships, as one package — priced per clinician seat. Every seat gets every feature: intake, scheduling, AI-drafted notes you sign, insurance claims, copays, daily check-ins, pre-session briefs, homework. No tiers, no feature gates, no editions.

How does seat pricing work?

$77.77 a month per clinician seat. A solo therapist pays $77.77. A five-clinician practice pays $388.85 — five seats. Every seat gets the whole product, and you're priced on seats, never caseload.

How many clients can I have?

Unlimited. Active clients are never metered — you're priced on clinician seats, nothing else.

What counts as an AI interaction?

One call to the model — one drafted note, one pre-session brief, one chat reply. Every seat includes 3,000 AI interactions a month, pooled across the practice — five seats share one 15,000-interaction pool. Need more some months? Additional AI interaction packs are available in-product when you need them.

What's included?

Every clinician seat is $77.77/mo and includes the whole product from day one — the client app, the between-session companion, Shaula's AI office, and unlimited clients. If it's not a fit, there's a 7-day refund window, and you can cancel anytime by email.

Is everything live today?

Here's the honest line: the companion capabilities are live today; the full EMR capability is in final validation. The price is one and the same — $77.77 per seat does not change when the EMR capability arrives.

Does VibeCheck take a percentage of what I collect?

0%. Your seat fee is the whole bill. Copays run on your own Stripe; insurance reimbursement goes through a clearinghouse straight to your practice. Card processing passes through at raw 2.9% + 30¢ — never marked up. Claims can be $0 with your own free clearinghouse (Office Ally, for example); the managed option runs about 35¢ a claim. For context: Headway and Grow Therapy keep roughly 20–30% of every insurance reimbursement (healthaidaily.com, verified June 2026) — at $8,000 a month billed, that's $1,600–2,400 of yours. SimplePractice marks card processing up to 3.15% (their own pages, verified June 2026); TherapyNotes runs 3.1% (their support docs, verified June 2026). You do the math — that's the whole pitch.
