Reviews

VibeCheck.luxury reviews — and what to read while there aren't many.

An honest page about a new product: what exists, what does not, and how to check us anyway.

Quick answer: VibeCheck.luxury is new, and there is no large body of third-party reviews yet. G2 and Capterra listings are being set up so that independent reviews live somewhere we cannot edit. In the meantime, the eight-question audit and the sourced comparison are both built to be used against us.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO

No testimonials we wrote

Shaula refuses to generate invented statistics, fake testimonials and unearned clinical claims. That rule is enforced in the product, and it would be strange to enforce it there and break it here.

So this page has no quotes, no five-star graphics and no unnamed “LCSW in New York.” When there are real reviews, they will be on platforms that verify the reviewer and that we cannot curate. Until then, here is what you can actually check.

WHAT YOU CAN CHECK TODAY

Four things that do not require trusting us

Run the eight-question audit

BAAs, encryption at rest, breach history, subprocessors, retention and deletion, data jurisdiction, and whether the AI speaks to your client directly. We published it so it could be pointed at us. Run the audit →

Read the sourced comparison

Twelve tools, each competitor claim carrying its own source link. If a claim has gone stale, it is checkable — and we would rather be corrected than quoted wrongly. See the comparison →

Look at who built it

Matthew Sexton, LCSW, NATC — a working clinician who carries his own caseload on this product. Not a founder story bolted onto a pitch deck. Read the story →

Check the price against your caseload

$77.77 per clinician seat, unlimited clients, no tiers. The number does not move when your practice grows, which is a claim you can verify in about thirty seconds. See the pricing →

WHERE REVIEWS WILL APPEAR

Platforms we do not control

G2 and Capterra (which also carries GetApp and Software Advice) are being set up now. Reviews there come through each platform's verified-user invitation flow — we can ask a client to write one, and that is the end of our involvement. We are not offering anything in exchange for a review.

If you are already using VibeCheck.luxury and want to say something about it, honest and unflattering is more useful to us than kind. Tell us directly →

QUESTIONS

Straight answers

Are there VibeCheck.luxury reviews on G2 or Capterra?

Not yet. Both listings are being set up. When they are live, the reviews on them will be from verified users through each platform's own invitation flow, which means we cannot edit or select them — that is the point of using them.

Why not just post testimonials?

Because a testimonial we chose and formatted is marketing, not evidence, and you already know that. When real reviews exist somewhere we do not control, we will link them. Until then we would rather show you the things you can check yourself.

How do I evaluate it without reviews?

Run the eight-question audit on us, and then on every other tool you are considering. It covers BAAs, encryption, breach history, subprocessors, deletion and whether the AI talks to your client directly. We wrote it to be used against us.

What happens if I try it and it is wrong for me?

There is a 7-day refund window on the first charge, and cancellation is one email that a human reads the same day. There is no free tier and a card is required at signup, so that refund window is the safety valve rather than a trial.
